I think there's an error in the calculation. What should I do?

Please use the Bug Report option above. Include your exact inputs (age, weight, height, activity level, body fat % if used), the result you received, and what you expected. We cross-check all reported bugs against the published equations and respond with our findings.

Can I embed the CaloriePlex calculator on my website?

We do not currently offer an embeddable widget. Send a Partnership enquiry if you're interested — we evaluate these on a case-by-case basis.

How do I request deletion of my data?

Because CaloriePlex does not collect your health inputs (all calculations are client-side), there is no personal health data to delete. If you've contacted us previously and want that communication deleted, select the Privacy option in the contact form and we'll process your request within 30 days per GDPR requirements.

Do you offer personalised nutrition advice?

No. CaloriePlex provides automated calculation tools only — we are not registered dietitians and cannot provide personalised nutrition counselling. For personalised advice, please consult a registered dietitian (RD) in your area.
